Reserving Weeks Hall

Richard Weeks Hall of Engineering located on the Busch campus offers several spaces for use by the Rutgers community. Among those spaces available include lecture halls and classrooms, conference rooms, open lobby and atria, and outdoor patios. 

Classroom Spaces Available

Team Based Learning Classroom, Room 102, 138-seat capacity. * 

Robert and Beatrice Salvin Lecture Hall, Room 105, 285-seat capacity auditorium with a Digital Classroom Podium (Auditorium version) system.  

Room 206, 72-seat capacity classroom. * 

Room 208, 36-seat capacity classroom. *  

* Classroom offers a collaborative Instructor Hub system used in Active Learning Classrooms to present materials and enable students to display and share content from their tables. 

To Reserve Classroom Space 

  • Faculty/Staff: Contact University Scheduling to book classroom space.  
  • Student Organizations: Use the meetings and events office to book classroom space. Call 848-932-8821 or fill out the form online.  

Other Spaces Available

First Floor Atrium provides ample space for table information sessions, poster symposiums, and event registration. 

Second Floor Atrium accommodates poster symposiums, receptions, and dining for 100 - 150 people. Note: If using a catering service for your event, you must also reserve Conference Room 202 for set-up. 

First Floor Patio (facing Bartholomew Road) can accommodate 100 - 200 guests for an open-air outdoor event. 

Second Floor Concepts Lab, Room 211, can accommodate 100 – 150 guests and includes movable tables/seating; note that furnishings may not be removed.
