The School of Engineering has invited Ukachi Anonyuo to speak at the 2023 convocation ceremony. Since earning her bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering in 2001 and an MBA with a concentration in marketing from Rutgers Business School in 2015, Anonyuo has leveraged her consumer and technical training to build an enviable record of success in delivering innovative and measurable results for companies such as Coty, Avon Products, and The Estée Lauder Companies. 

Today, as vice president for global packaging innovation strategy & portfolio management, she leads Estée Lauder’s end-to-end strategic program and portfolio management initiatives across all functions of its global packaging enterprise.  

Anonyuo, a Rutgers Business School Alumni Rising Star, serves on several education, beauty, and community-based boards, ranging from Cosmetics Industry of Buyers & Sellers (CIBS) to the School of Engineering’s Packaging Advisory Board and Rutgers African American Alliance Association (RAAA), where she has been instrumental in raising scholarship funds for underrepresented students majoring in engineering.
