Engineering New Student Kickoff
The day has finally arrived to officially welcome our new first-year and transfer students to the R Engineering community! Deans, faculty, staff and current students are eager to meet YOU! Get ready to take the engineering pledge, hang out with peers, have some snacks, contribute to a creative, worthwhile service project (see agenda below for details) and explore Rutgers’ engineering student organizations!

Over the summer, incoming students met in virtual summer squads, at transfer sessions, or in EOF/EOP small groups. At this event, you will re-unite with your fellow classmates and upper-classmen leaders per the schedule below. If you are not sure or are not a part of the groups listed below, please stop by the Welcome Table to receive your assignment.

Commuter Students: Please park on Busch campus in Lots 51, 51B, 54, 60B, 59,67 between 9AM and 2PM on the day of the event. To locate each lot, please enter the lot number into https://maps.rutgers.edu/.
*Community Service Project: Join the Engineering Governing Council (EGC) for the Kits to Heart service project where we’ll decorate notebooks and make origami to share with those going through a difficult time. All of the beautiful artwork will be donated and sent to someone in need.
