Rutgers Engineering Virtual Spotlight Speaker Series
Rutgers School of Engineering, in collaboration with Rutgers Engineering Alumni, proudly presents the Engineering Speaker Series in-person event, Diversity in Action.
Studies have shown that organizations with diverse teams and an inclusive culture yield greater output and better products. Today's employees know the value of a workplace that represents a wide range of voices, with more and more companies embracing a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). When employees feel included in their work environment, they are more committed to the work they do, the colleagues they work with, and the company they belong to.
While we know that DE&I is good for people and business– do we understand how to put diversity into action?
