School of Engineering Office of Planning and Administration

The School of Engineering (SoE) Office of Administration and Planning is responsible for the overall operations of the School including budgets, facilities, and lastly ensuring compliance with University policies and procedures. Under the direction of the Associate Dean of Administration and Planning, the Human Resources - Compliance Administrator (HRC Administrator) serves as the HR Liaison for the School of Engineering, providing direction, training, support, recommendations and problem solving expertise for the School’s Department Chairs, Center Directors and other support staff in the area of personnel issues.

The HRC Administrator serves as a point of contact for general information on benefits, policies and compliance and serves as the official office of personnel records for the School of Engineering. Also serves as SoE’s liaison for the Office of Internal Audit, Affirmative Action Coordinator and other university offices.
