International Programs

The Rutgers community is enriched by its widely diverse student and staff populations that reflect the colorful nature of our increasingly global world. More than 3,300 international students from 125 countries came to Rutgers to study in the past year. 

The School of Engineering is both a welcoming home away from home for international students seeking a world class engineering education at a leading research university, as well as a launching pad for current engineering students eager experience studying at an international university. The Rutgers School of Engineering awarded 85 undergraduate degrees across all disciplines in the 2012/2013 academic year. And many Rutgers Engineering students expanded their geographic and cultural horizons by studying at univeristies located outside of the United States.
