We are delighted to include a new event for National Engineers Week (E-Week). Part of the mission for E-Week is to celebrate how engineering makes a difference in the world. Undoubtedly behind every aspiring engineering student, there was a dedicated STEM teacher inspiring and advising him/her along the way.
Bring Your Teacher to School Day is an event in which SoE students, faculty, staff and alumni have the opportunity to invite a high school STEM teacher that has played a meaningful role in encouraging students to pursue engineering. During their visit, the teachers will have a chance to reconnect with their nominees and will be able to learn more about the School of Engineering and Rutgers University. The program concludes with the option to attend the Annual Cardboard Canoe races at the Sonny Werblin Recreation Center. Doors open at 7:00pm.
